From custom fragrances to indulgent spa experiences and a collection of luxury wellness products like candles and body scrubs, Chémin founder November Nichols is dedicated to helping others find beauty and community in self-care. One of her personal self-care rituals? Sipping a cup of tea.

“I tend to move at lightning speed and brewing a cup of tea helps me slow down, to create space for presence and mindfulness,” she explains. “For centuries, tea has been used for a multitude of things, including healing and bringing people together,” she continues.

Tea is also packed with antioxidants and flavonoids, two ingredients real-world studies have shown can boost your immune system, ward off inflammation and improve cardiovascular health. The drink gets a happy-hour makeover with the brand’s new line of small-batch, tea-infused simple syrups, available in three flavors ranging from the citrus-forward peach and lemon verbena Glow to a tart, herbaceous dragon fruit and hibiscus blend called Bloom.

Top of mind for Nichols when creating the vibrant syrups, which can be sipped on their own or used as a mixer in other drinks? Giving people a celebratory, nonalcoholic sipper. “People are becoming more aware and mindful of their own health and wellness, and teas can be great alternatives to cocktails [and] serve the same purpose at social gatherings and events,” she explains.

“Tea is a delight for the senses and like any food or drink, and what I really love about tea is that it can be as simple or as sophisticated as you want it to be.” Fancy cocktail glass and garnish: optional. lartisanmuse.com
