People, Feature,

Ansley Real Estate agent Shanna Bradley (shannabradleyre.com) is achieving what many in her position have only dreamed of—and doing so with a philanthropic heart.

Up at 5AM, Bradley starts her day with a workout—her favorites being a ride on the Peloton or a quick stop at SculptHouse or Blast—and then her day is off: her responsibilities being to her three young children, her husband and her extremely competitive job as one of Ansley Real Estate’s top selling agent. “You have to be willing to do it,” says Bradley. “It is early mornings and really late nights, but for me it is so worth it.” Bradley started her career in real estate almost 13 years ago; prior to that, she worked as an outside salesperson for an IT consulting company. She loved the selling aspect of her job but she wanted to be able to sell in an industry she was passionate about. “It was a big risk, jumping into a career that is 100% commission, and having a 1-year-old baby at the time, but I kept faith that everything works out if you want it to!” says Bradley. “I cannot imagine any other life for myself and my family.”

Coming off a year of $101 million in sales, Bradley has never felt more excited for 2022. But, after talking with Bradley, it is evident that her heart in this industry is for more than the money. Through Children’s Love Your Client program, Bradley personally gives a portion of every sale to the organization—with Ansley Real Estate matching that gift. “Part of the reason I’m in this industry is because I’m passionate about healthy community building,” says Bradley. “I want to be the catalyst for people to create beautiful lives in a beautiful home in a beautiful community.” Bradley has also been a member of Emerging Leaders for Children’s for the last four years. This group meets quarterly to discuss a rotating initiative it plans to support. This year, ELC is focusing its efforts on the Children’s Behavioral Health & Mental Health Care division. Bradley specifically serves on the corporate sponsorship committee. When asked what her big “why” is, Bradley harks back on her role as a mother. “I am so thankful Atlanta has Children’s; people come from all over just for the chance to stay at our state-of-the-art facility, for both care and research,” says Bradley. “By donating, we are helping facilitate more research, which results in more happy and healthy kids and families in our community and beyond.”

It is important to note that Bradley is achieving statistics and numbers that no one else in her position has before, selling over $500 million-plus in her whole career, being the No. 1 agent companywide for the last four years and counting, and she is a member of the top 1% of individual agents of the Atlanta Realtors Association. And she’s not slowing down. “My goals for this year are to have more leverage within my business so that I can do what I’m good at, which is maintaining great relationships with current and past clients,” says Bradley. “Maybe forming a team is on the horizon?” We can only expect more hard work, a genuine attitude and a giving heart for this rock star realtor, mother, wife and philanthropist. 404.808.6295, shannabradleyre.com
