In order to differentiate the iconic Atlanta skyscraper from those around it, operators of the building teamed up with Georgia’s famed Sea Island Golf Club (100 Retreat Ave.) to create an exclusive simulated golf experience for 191 Peachtree Tower tenants and Sea Island Club members. Sea Island President and CEO Scott Steilen says he was “delighted by the invitation to provide such an innovative and entertaining” virtual experience—what he considers to be a “natural extension” of Sea Island’s values. Boasting premier professional tenants, 191 was decidedly the perfect home for this exceptional experience. Zac Gruber, managing director of Banyan Street Capital (the building’s owner), also welcomed this noteworthy office addition that “allows members to have a Sea Island ‘home course’ experience, even when they’re not on the island.” With available tee time just steps away from the office, who says you can’t mix business with pleasure?
