If you’re in the market for a hot crossbody, tote or wallet on a chain that will stand the test of time, these vetted goods from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior and more have already proven their staying power.

July saw a lot of new power players on the resale market. Rebag reports that the Louis Vuitton Ellipse bag and Chanel boy wallet on a chain were the most searched-for bags on its entire site, seeing an uptick in consumer traffic by 4,120 percent and 2,824 percent respectively.

Why? Rebag says Chanel handbags never go out of style and their value hardly ever drops. Match that with the brand’s practice of raising its price tags annually, and you see a lot of classic styles getting love. Some shoppers may even be checking to see the latest market value of their favorite Chanel styles.

That LV Ellipse bag, for its part, was recently showered in star power. Actress Gemma Chan, of Crazy Rich Asians and Eternals, was spotted last month sporting the Ellipse at the Wimbeldon tennis tournament.

Meanwhile, trending fan-favorites including the Dior saddle and Gucci Jackie O remain heavy hitters, pulling in search growth of 82 percent and 50 percent respectively. Rebag says its Gen Z shoppers just can’t get enough of Dior’s Y2K aesthetic, and July marked the former President wife and style icon’s would-be 92 birthday.
