What do you get when you combine spirits with natural spring water and fresh herbs from the Blue Ridge Mountains? OLDKNOW Bev Co. Th e products come in three flavors: gin seltzer, vodka seltzer and verte absinthe—the only canned absinthe seltzer in the country.

According to Matherny, the couple wanted to “bring fellow cocktail lovers a cleaner, lighter way to drink, but with sophisticated flavors and ingredients.” The brand’s gin seltzer is certified gluten-free and infused with woody mountain mint and cucumber for a refreshing, herbal sipper. Also gluten-free, the vodka seltzer is infused with an earthy and citrus-forward combination of oolong tea, grapefruit and lychee. “We knew we wanted real herbs for real flavor in all of our products,” explains Matherny.
All drinks clock in at a sessionable 5% ABV, with less sugar and none of the cloying sweetness of conventional canned cocktails. Purchase them online and at package stores, restaurants and hotels throughout the state—including Atlanta’s Hotel Clermont and both Alpharetta locations of Butcher & Brew.
