2. Biltong Bar
Located inside Ponce City Market, this True Story Brands cocktail bar celebrates the flavors of South African street food. 3. Dirty Rascal
While this new addition to the Buckhead scene might technically be a restaurant, Dirty Rascal’s Italian-inspired cocktails are too good not to mention. Spritz lovers need look no further, as this upscale Italian American resto has mastered the refreshing summer tipple. 4. Drawbar
Summer evenings call for rooftop bars, and this West Midtown lounge is an Atlanta favorite for a reason. Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. Monin mango syrup
1-2 dashes Scrappy’s Hellfire Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a tin. Add ice. Shake. Fine-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Tajín rim and lime wheel.
