While this new addition to the Buckhead scene might technically be a restaurant, Dirty Rascal’s Italian-inspired cocktails are too good not to mention. Spritz lovers need look no further, as this upscale Italian American resto has mastered the refreshing summer tipple. 1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. Monin mango syrup
1-2 dashes Scrappy’s Hellfire Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a tin. Add ice. Shake. Fine-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Tajín rim and lime wheel.
