The dinner is set to feature scallop tartar and beetroot, homemade foie gras terrine, seared turbot, and roasted Cervena venison tenderloin. There will be a live band and two seatings for this special dinner. The first seating will be from 5 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and will be priced at $95 per person, while the second seating will be from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and will be priced at $150 per person.
