As a multihyphenate (senior research scientist, Institute for People and Technology; program manager, Wearable Computing Center, both at Georgia Institute of Technology) with serious credentials to his name, Clint Zeagler has made a career out of the intersection of fashion and computer science. He’s never without personality in his style, either, opting for color and pattern, and, of course, wearable devices—think beyond the smart watch—and tech-savvy fabrics where he can.

In three words, I would describe my style as shiny, colorful, loud—why wear one belt when you can wear five?

When I was a kid, I was too much.

In the next year I hope to VOTE.

My dog, Fancy, makes me happy.

The best style advice I ever got was too much is just enough.

The first item of clothing I bought for myself was a rainbow Paul Smith sweater.

My earliest style memory is trying on high-heeled shoes in Savannah with my stylish Nana.

My style hero right now is Billy Porter.

In 10 years I hope I haven’t given up yet.

The worst fashion faux pas is to... I obviously do not believe in fashion faux pas.

The best tailor in town is... I tend to tailor and customize my clothes myself.

A big scarf is my go-to for eveningwear.

The greatest loves of my life are my husband, Delton, and my dog, Fancy.
