Lifestyle,
Mary Bogart’s love.beauty.nourish studio in Sandy Springs is as noteworthy for what’s absent as for what’s there. There are no complicated lasers or scary-looking needles, and clients still leave with dramatic results. The esthetician and massage therapist’s boutique skincare studio offers a variety of treatments, but most guests are drawn to her use of innovative massage protocols for the face and neck. She may use the sculptural lift technique, a specialized massage both on the face and inside the mouth, called a buccal massage. (Bogart is the only esthetician and massage therapist in Atlanta trained in the sculptural lift technique.) Bogart also employs the connective tissue massage, which releases the skin’s underlying fascia, helping increase blood flow—bringing nutrients and oxygen to the tissues—and clear out stagnant fluid, which causes puffiness. “When there’s no flow, there’s no glow,” she says. Combination of treatments range from 95 minutes ($185) to 125-minute combination treatments ($225). 750 Hammond Drive, Building 4, Ste. 325, 404.375.2506
