When it comes to real estate, you have to work with an agent that you trust and one that has your best interests at the forefront of everything they do—Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International’s Shanna Bradley is just that. Starting her career approximately 15 years ago, Bradley loves, lives and breathes the real estate industry, preaching that it’s her current and past clients that keep her motivated as she tailors each buying or selling process for an individualized experience. “My mom used to say, ‘You have one mouth and two ears,’” says Bradley. “I have found that asking good questions and simply listening is how I best understand my clients.”

Bradley is coming off a huge year of helping 70 families buy and settle into their new homes and ending 2023 as Ansley’s #1 Individual Agent for the 7th year in a row! She does all with such grace and personability, even experiencing her own move this year. “My main message for everyone is to seize the opportunity! Real estate is the best place to build wealth, especially in a city like Atlanta,” says Bradley. “Buyers should go ahead and buy now because prices are not coming down, and they can refinance in the future as rates are reduced.” Inventory levels are still currently down, but Bradley sees it picking up for the spring, making it the perfect time for a seller to jump into the market. “There is a lot of pent-up buyer demand. Buyers were in a holding pattern last year when the interest rates increased, but many are ready to make a move now,” says Bradley. “Thanks to amazing companies like Coke, Delta, Home Depot plus sports teams, parks and recreation, top-rated schools, mild climate and relatively low cost of living in comparison to other cities—Atlanta real estate thrives.”

As for the future, Bradley has some insight, thanks to her credible sources. “[There will be] a slight uptick in inventory, and interest rates will land around 6%, maybe in the high 5% range by the end of the year,” she says. “Home prices look to continue their rise with appreciation around 5% in Metro Atlanta and right at 7% across the state. We are also seeing an influx of younger buyers enter the marketplace, and single women continue to outpace single men buying real estate.” As for what buyers are looking for, Bradley says it’s all about the outdoor spaces. “Outdoor living spaces continue to be very important, especially since we spend so much time outdoors in this area of the country—covered patios, outdoor kitchen and grills, pools, cabanas, even pickleball/sports courts have become hugely popular.”

When Bradley isn’t on the clock, she shows up as a loving mother and wife and spends the rest of her time giving back to her community. In 2025, Bradley will work alongside the Shepherd Center, chairing their annual Legendary Party, as well as continue her support of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, donating a portion of every sale to the organization. “One of my passions is to serve others, which I get to do daily with my clients, and it is fulfilling and important that I serve others in a charitable way as well,” says Bradley. As we look forward to the upcoming year, Bradley is devoted to making a meaningful impact professionally and philanthropically, embodying compassion and generosity in all she does. 3035 Peachtree NE, Ste. 202, ansleyre.com; shannabradleyre.com
