People, Feature,
Here’s what master tasker Joe Boutin gets done in a day.
6:30am
“My first workout of the day is either swimming or cycling on my Focus Izalco Pro road bike (focus-bikes.com). This really helps me get energized for the day and also focus on what matters.”
8am
“I make coffee in my Nespresso machine or have a cold brew while heating up my breakfast. I eat meal prep entrees from Fitlife Foods. They’re very good and nutritious.”
9am
“I start my workday by catching up on emails, meeting with my teams and setting my priority list for the day. This is where my focus from my morning workout helps me out.”
12pm
“I help feed my soul and jump on my Peloton for a quick cardio workout, then eat while catching up on some industry news.”
2pm
“This time block until 5pm is my critical thinking time to knock out everything else on my to-do list for the day, from mentoring my other startups to discussing strategy with my clients.”
5pm
“I open a bottle of 2015 Mayacamas Napa cabernet, turn on some music from my Google Home device and cook dinner with my wife while my kids help as our sous-chefs.”
8pm
“I’ll either end the night by watching a series on Netflix or by reading. I’m currently reading The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek.”
