Food & Drink,
Sandy Springs or Rue Saint-Honoré? The Select Restaurant + Bar leans into a French-inspired menu, supported by European-inspired design by Smith Hanes Studio.
Dishing out cuisine influenced by French and Mediterranean fare, The Select Restaurant + Bar (named after the Le Select brasserie in Paris)—new to Sandy Springs’ dining scene—promises a menu chock-full of delightful dishes, each inspired by an olive oil region in Europe. Start your night with Alaskan king crab with saffron sabayon, citrus, avocado and spring onion before moving on to a plethora of entree options, from rabbit ravioli cacciatore-style with mushrooms and tomato confit to a 40-day dry-aged 22-ounce bone-in ribeye served with roasted shallots and natural jus. You’ll want to save room for drinks, though, as the beverage program includes plenty of seasonally crafted cocktails, local craft brews and a wine list that reads like a who’s who of vino. The relaxed yet refined Smith Hanes Studio-designed space invites Atlantans to come early and stay late (the late-night small plates are a must-try), whether on the glass-enclosed patio or on the terrace overlooking the city. Tip: Don’t miss out on live music during The Select Nights. 6405 Blue Stone Road, Ste. 200, 770.637.2240
