Cobra Kai is one of the most popular shows on Netflix, and now, you can step into the story and buy Daniel LaRusso's house.

If you’re a big fan, you may know the main character’s mansion is actually in Marietta, not in Los Angeles where the series is set. That Tuscan-inspired home is now on the market for $2.65 million, listed via Sothebys.

The 9,214-square-feet abode sits on about an acre of land and boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and three beautiful fireplaces. It's organized around a two-story central atrium, with a koi pond and a bridge. The pad distinguishes itself with a cathedral, coffered and beamed ceilings, a wet bar, and cork flooring throughout.

The owners’ suite is crafted with a fireplace and glass-pane doors. The attached bathroom includes beautiful amenities like a standalone copper tub and a wooden vanity. The real star of the show has got to be the stone and brick shower, framed by an old masonry wall that originally stood outside in the garden.

The Mediterranean-style architecture was inspired by the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of the owners during their time living on the Amalfi Coast. The restoration of the property in 2008 included the Ludowici terracotta roof tiles, the chef’s kitchen with a pizza oven, and the arched door frames and Pella windows.

The original 1968 residence looked completely different. The home featured a single story and 2,400 square feet of living space. A Georgia woman named Beth Brooks put $750,000 into revamping the place, adding a second floor and a significantly-larger amount of square footage. The remodel, during which Brooks fell for her contractor, was chronicled in an episode of HGTV’s My Big Amazing Renovation titled “Spanish-Style Oasis in Atlanta,” now streaming on Discovery Plus.

Designers of the home also thought to equip it for entertaining. The outside grounds and pool area are perfect for al-fresco dining on a warm summer night. The property’s visitors have included public figures such as President Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan and famous golfer Arnold Palmer.

Cobra Kai continues the story of the 1984 film The Karate Kid, and was mostly filmed in the Atlanta area. That explains why the house of the lead character Daniel LaRusso, played by Ralph Macchio, is located in a suburb about 20 miles from the city.

Chad Carrodus and Jere Metcalf of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing of the place called Villa Flora. Property records show that the property last traded in 2008 for $525,000. Learn more about the listing via Sothebys and see pictures below.
