Michael B Jordan stars in Coach Forever Season 2

In a quarantine universe, comfort is key - but that doesn't mean you can't stay stylish, especially with its recently debuted its Fall 2021 line, playfully-dubbed Coach Forever: Season Two.

The house’s collection, headed by Creative Director Stuart Vevers, made a big debut with a star-studded digital presentation. It's centered around cozy chic with versatile pieces, and who wouldn't want to lounge about town in these knits, jackets, long dresses, pleated plaid skirts, shearling-covered slippers and colorful handbags?

The idea of Coach Forever is to bring entertainment to the presentation with brand ambassadors and celebrities close to the company while mixing the old with the new. Coach Forever Season Two follows Season One, aka the Spring 2021 line, and the American luxury design house launched the looks in a memorable “Coach TV” digital show.

The show, live-streamed on Coach’s social media channels, began with Michael B. Jordan flipping through channels of “Coach TV," revealing some of the collection’s menswear as he lounged on the couch.

The actor watched fake commercials, news segments, shopping shows and faux series inspired by Friends and Mean Girls. Megan Thee Stallion comes through as a Coach-covered Regina George, while Jordan himself plays a beige-loving Shaft-type cool dude.

Jennifer Lopez makes an appearance, as does Hari Nef posing with a classic leather bag and a ‘90s-inspired layered look with a flannel skirt, blue floral dress, blue socks and fuzzy clog slippers. Coach also introduced eclectic looks with Tavi Gevinson’s dinosaur knitted sweater and pink skirt ensemble and Hyuna’s red knitted bucket hat.

“I have always loved exploring the intersection of fashion and pop culture at Coach,” Vevers says. “I wanted both the collection and the presentation to make sense and resonate in these unique times, and I am excited to share both in a way that I hope will entertain and inspire.”

The film, directed by Juergen Teller, features Kaia Gerber, Cole Sprouse, KJ Apa, and more. Its theme? Community and responsibility. Indeed, the line includes some fabrics that were upcycled or made with recycled materials.

“With Coach Forever, I wanted to find new ways of doing things,” Vevers says. “It was important to me to challenge how we create our collections and consider their impact on our communities and the planet.”
