Luxury travel destination the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is inviting guests to partake in an indulgent Christmas Eve dinner at soon-to-debut spot Brasserie Margot, featuring menu favorites and two exclusive holiday dishes crafted for the occasion. On Christmas Day, the eatery is offering a luxe brunch served at Bar Margot, Brasserie Margot and the atrium bridge from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., complete with tasty treats, a hot cocoa station, Christmas gifts for kids and special appearances from Santa. This contemporary New Southern eatery is ringing in the holidays with Christmas to-go offerings that take the stress out of hosting. Executive chef AJ Jones and Milton’s culinary team have crafted a lineup of favorites like smoked and spiced prime rib with tangy pink peppercorn horseradish sauce, spiral ham with a bourbon orange glaze and Applewood smoked turkey with a creamy Madeira gravy. Both the prime rib, ham and turkey main courses serve between six to eight people, and an optional sides package feeds two to four guests with dishes like mashed potatoes, green beans, Kentuckyaki Brussels sprouts, cheddar grits and smoked Gouda mac and cheese.
