Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta recently welcomed its newest culinary addition, Brasserie Margot, an intimately chic Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The interior, designed by Smith Hanes Studio, is full of muted tones, warm textures, and a deep color palette with accents of gold, creating a familiar, sultry ambiance.
The menu reflects its Parisian inspiration while bringing a new twist to the classic dishes. Executive chef Jon Novak spearheads the culinary operation, drawing on his experience in globally renowned and Michelin-starred destinations. He says about the menu, “You’ll find dishes that might look classic on paper, but when they arrive, there’s a 360-degree flip–a modern elevation that still holds true to the essence of these traditional specialties. Guests can expect classic French dishes such as steak frites, bouillabaisse, and foie gas, but with an elevated take courtesy of Novak.”

Executive pastry chef Eric Snow heads the in-house bread and pastry program, complimenting the executive chef. Specialties include housemade baguettes with green apple starter and locally sourced French-style butter. Tableside dessert experiences feature crepes suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier, among many other theatrical moments, to top off the night.
The Jewel Box becomes a coffee counter, as Brasserie Margot offers a grab-and-go bakery with croissants, danishes, and artisanal coffee in the mornings.
The beverage program features dynamic signature cocktails by award-winning mixologist Ashish Sharma. The Louvre Sour is a showstopper with a detailed mosaic of the Mona Lisa. Another option is the Clay Pot Negroni, combining smokey flavor with visual drama and the extensive wine list with selections from multigenerational and women-owned vineyards.

No detail is too small for the new brasserie. Its music program has been thoughtfully curated to enhance the evolving dining experience from morning until night.
“Brasserie Margot brings the charm and refinement of a modern Parisian brasserie to life, infused with Atlanta’s ever-evolving energy,” says Nancy Chacon, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. This Atlantan brasserie is a destination spot and a memorable dining experience for visitors and natives alike. fourseasons.com
