88 W. Paces Ferry Road NW / Website

Situated in the St. Regis Atlanta, this farm-to-table fine dining destination offers seasonal American, European-influenced fare paired with hand-shaken cocktails and tasty, chef-driven small plates. Helmed by Michelin-starred chef Freddy Money, Atlas serves à la carte specialties like premium Westholme wagyu cuts, oysters with shiso mignonette and lamb ragu. Kristal caviar and San Joaquin Valley squab are among the spot’s standout tasting menu courses, along with Dungeness crab, salt-baked kohlrabi and scallops.

Bacchanalia

1460 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, Ste. 1 / Website

This elevated establishment offers a four-course, prix fixe menu crafted with organic ingredients, many of which are sourced from the eatery’s farm, Summerland. Chefs and owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison, alongside a culinary team led by executive chef Kai Nalampoon and pastry chef Carla Tomasko, serve a curated selection of offerings spanning foie gras terrine, Maine lobster with coconut and Key West pink shrimp.

Hayakawa

679-A Ponce De Leon Ave. NE / Website

Michelin-starred James Beard Award-winning chef Atsushi Hayakawa helms this eight-seat traditional Japanese sushi, known for its meticulously curated, authentic omakase menu. Chef Hayakawa sources first-rate fish from Tokyo’s Toyosu market and from other areas across the globe to create masterful culinary delights like heaping spoonfuls of sake (salmon) and ikura (salmon roe), akami (lean bluefin tuna) and hamachi (yellowtail tuna).
