5:30AM

RISE EARLY

“I start out every day by turning on the TV to see what’s going on in the news and around the world. I need to know for my clients. My daily go-to for caffeine is a Good Times latte from Perc Coffee (perccoffee.com).”

SWEAT IT OUT

“I’m at barre class at Exhale at the Loews Hotel (exhalespa.com) religiously three to five days a week. My workout gear is usually Vuori (vuoriclothing.com).

7:30AM

SPARE PREPARE

“I’ve always skipped breakfast. I didn’t even know intermittent fasting was a thing… that’s how on the cutting edge I am [laughs]. I’m pre-intermittent fasting! Instead of eating, I’m doing my daily preparation. I’m working on my calendar, reports or getting prepared for the day’s meetings.”

SUIT UP

“I still wear a suit and tie to the UBS office (advisors.ubs.com/cromwell.baun) every day. Most recently, I went to Hong Kong to get some fine suits you can get made in a day. I bought three. They fit like a glove. I think being well-dressed is a sign of good manners. A good outfit becomes a great outfit with tailoring and the right accessories. I love belts. I have 15 belts, mostly Hermès buckles and Gucci belts. The traditional Gucci gold horse bit loafers are a classic fave.”

1PM

EAT & GREET

“I usually have a late lunch with other professionals somewhere like Le Bilboquet, specifically in the spring and summer. The outdoor seating is great and people are walking by. I often run into people I know there. My job is really stressful. The markets are difficult, and clients worry. So I use lunchtime for a break.”

HAPPY HOUR

“Champagne sabering at The St. Regis Atlanta is a favorite. On my 45th birthday, they let me saber a bottle. Every Wednesday at 5PM I go to Umi (umiatlanta.com). I’ve known Farshid [Arshid] for a long time. I love sitting there right when the restaurant opens. They tell their stories, I tell mine. My favorite drink they introduced me to about 10 years ago is the Last Word.”

7:30PM

HIGH STEAKS

“If I have a work dinner, I’ll do Chops (chopslobsterbar.com) or Bones (bonesrestaurant.com). One of my favorite places for a steak is a private club called Warhorse Investments. Chris Hall and Ryan Turner of Local Three (localthree.com) own this special, private club. They’ve been so supportive donating dinners to many of the charities I’m involved in.”

9PM

NIGHTCAP

“If there’s time, I’ll stop by Tesserae (tesseraeatlanta.com) at Thompson Buckhead. I’ll say hello to the GM, Lukus Grace, and Thandi [Walton, head of beverage] and have one nightcap while enjoying incredible views of the city.”

10PM

WANDERLUST

“If it’s the end of the week, I get on my Delta app and often get a last-minute ticket to Paris, Lisbon or somewhere and I’m off for the weekend. See you on Monday!”
