Since his meteoric rise to fame, comedian Andrew Stanley has charmed audiences nationwide with his clean humor, captivating storytelling and relatable anecdotes.
Now, the burgeoning luminary is set to host a laugh-filled evening at the legendary Buckhead Theatre as he tapes his highly anticipated debut comedy special on Feb. 1, 2025. Tickets for the 5 p.m. show sold out in under 90 minutes, and, given the high demand, a second show, taking place at 9 p.m. on the same date, has now been announced.
“I started doing stand-up back in 2016, and ever since, it has been a dream of mine to record a comedy special. I am thrilled to get to do it at an iconic Atlanta venue like the Buckhead Theatre and to share this milestone with so many of you who have supported me the last eight years,” Andrew says.

The performance marks a full-circle moment for the Atlanta native, who comes from one of the area’s most prominent families.
As the son of Andy Stanley, the founder and lead pastor of North Point Ministries, and the grandson of Dr. Charles Stanley, the renowned Southern Baptist pastor, televangelist and founder of In Touch Ministries, Andrew often pulls from his upbringing when performing dynamic sets, which resonate with audience members from all walks of life.
Self-proclaimed as a “homeschooled preacher’s kid,” Andrew finds humor in life’s most mundane moments.

He often weaves the underlying hilarity of family life, social situations, life experiences, contemporary culture and routine aspects of daily life into his wit-filled observational comedy routines.
Throughout his career, Andrew has received accolades from comedy legends like Jeff Foxworthy and Leanne Morgan, who have invited him to open for them on tour.
Show-goers can expect a memorable evening featuring surprise elements, special guests and a showcase of Andrew’s evolution in the comedy realm as he takes on one of the city’s most highly coveted venues.
