How is listing a luxury property different than other properties? You need an in-depth knowledge and understanding, not only of the property, but of the lifestyle of the potential buyer. Most importantly, each property is special and unique, and must be marketed as such.
Your roots run deep in the Atlanta real estate market. I started in Atlanta in 2003 when I began helping people toward their goals to buy and sell land. Having connections to land owners led to me realizing opportunities for business with clients for whom building and developing was their passion.
What’s currently trending? Homes with indoor-outdoor space and more modern styles. Less is more, but attention to details such as simple textures and clean finishes display a complementary contrast to one another.
How does Compass stand out? Compass is the only real estate brokerage that is also a technology company. We have less than half the number of agents as other large brokers, yet we are top three in sales volume in the country because we only recruit the top agents in every major market.
