Here’s what renegade Chase Mizell gets done in a day
6 AM
“I start my day with the same exact breakfast every single day: coffee, oatmeal with blueberries, a banana and a protein shake. I’m a creature of habit, and what to have for breakfast is one less decision I have to make each day.”
7:30AM
“Working out is my passion and what I look forward to most every day (it is my only personal time). I have been working out at Urban Body Fitness for 16 years. If I don’t have time to go to Urban Body, then you can find me sweating it out in my home gym.”
9AM
“My first appointments are usually closings or showings. One of my favorite aspects of real estate is that no two days are alike. Some days are spent in backto- back showings, some are spent on listing pitches and, if fortunate enough, some are spent in back-to-back closings.”
1PM
“Lunch is typically spent catching back up on emails and text messages, and returning voicemails. Lunch provides me with fuel to get through the rest of my day, so I try to eat as healthy as possible. Meal prep or MetroFresh are my favorite options.”
5PM
“I like to separate my weight training and cardio. My morning workout is weight training and my evening workout is cardio. I like to run the hills of Buckhead, or I jump on my Peloton.”
7PM
“I’ve been referring to Ecco Midtown as my version of Cheers for years. They have an incredible staff, phenomenal atmosphere and ever-evolving Southern Italian menu. Who can say no to the fried goat cheese balls?”
8:30PM
“I like to read before bed because it forces me to focus on something other than work. Reading helps me turn my brain off and prevents me from scrolling endlessly through my phone. I typically read one book every one to two weeks. John Grisham, David Baldacci or James Patterson are my go-tos.”
