Founded in 2016 by Atlanta native Amanda Oldeen, this full-service, wedding planning and event design firm is acclaimed citywide, as evidenced by hundreds of awe-inspiring weddings and delighted couples, including actress Brittany O’Grady.

Before professionally entering the event sphere, Oldeen was already planning elaborately themed birthday celebrations and special events for her friends. They secured a few bridal clients right from the start, and Oldeen jumped into the wedding space head first. Suffice it to say, her entry into wedding events was a complete success. Oldeen took the reins solo in January 2020, steering Fête and Figs toward a singular focus on creating custom designed dream affairs for those betrothed.

Awarded Modern Luxury Weddings’ 2022 “Best Modern Wedding Planner” and ranked in the “Top 10 Wedding Planners” by Wedding Rule, Fête and Figs has successfully executed over 200 weddings, each a testament to their commitment to building genuine relationships with their couples. “Our clients are not just a number or another wedding day. This is one of the biggest days in someone’s life, and that has never been lost on us,” Oldeen shares. “We do everything in our power to ensure your day is [exactly] how you envisioned it and that everything is executed flawlessly.” For her and her talented team of planners, the most rewarding moment is witnessing the culmination of months, if not years, of hard work come to fruition and the happiness exuding from the newlyweds.

A one-of-a-kind occasion reflecting Fête and Figs’ dedication took place last Labor Day weekend. With nearly 300 guests, a private home was transformed into a custom wedding venue, exuding garden-inspired elegance and whimsy while remaining timeless. Oldeen and her planners spent 18 months meticulously designing, creating and sourcing everything from the ground up. Collaborating with around 20 vendors and floral designer Shean Strong, the end result was pure magic.
