4 ounces blanc
1 ounce vodka or gin
Top with club soda
Pour all into a short tumbler well-filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange. Maybe a mint leaf. Or a sprig of rosemary.

4 ounces sparkling rosé
1 ounce Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale bitter
1 ounce fresh
Fill a sturdy wine glass with ice. Pour all ingredients in and top with club soda as needed. Garnish with a circle of grapefruit. Toast your good fortune.
