Having always had a passion for beautiful homes and unique architecture, it only made sense that Will Letton—now one of the top real estate agents at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty—would find a career in marketing one-of-a-kind homes for others.
“Curating unique and creative marketing strategies around gorgeous properties and helping my clients realize their real estate goals is incredibly fulfilling,” says Letton. “When I started my career in real estate, I worked on a team under another agent. While it was a great education and experience, I wanted to serve my clients at a much higher level. At that time, I transitioned to Sotheby's International Realty, elevated my level of service, and I have been fortunate to see growth year over year.”
Specializing in some of Atlanta’s most premier neighborhoods—including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Midtown, Druid Hills, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Inman Park and Ansley Park—Letton believes in taking a hands-on, tailored approach with every property to create a truly personalized experience that puts the client’s best interest at the forefront.
Moving into the new year, Letton says his key focus is growth, noting, “Right now, it's me and one admin. In 2022, I intend to hire at least one additional agent and potentially another administrative assistant.” So it’s safe to say that this rising star isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
