“When I was practicing law, I had an investor approach me who highly recommended I quit practicing law and go into development. He would later become my initial investor; that’s how I got started. We’re heading into a very exciting year as we open Halcyon and continue momentum on our $1 billion Greenville University Ridge project in Greenville, S.C. This year will also see the continued construction of our project in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., the new headquarters of the PGA Tour opening in 2020. We are constantly working to curate mixed-use developments across the Southeast with an array of experiential offerings for visitors, including restaurants, shopping and entertainment, and in Forsyth, staying active on the Big Creek Greenway. At all of our projects, we’re focused on providing moments that people want to share with their friends, families and networks. Whether our visitors are walking on-site through a connection of trails, living on-site or driving from nearby, our goal is to keep them coming back with surprise offerings, a great mix of tenants and exceptional programming.”
