Amor Towles Book Signing
The New York Times best-selling author Amor Towles hosts an author talk and book signing for his novel A Gentleman in Moscow ($22, Penguin Random House), which tells a story of personal discovery and what it means to be a man of purpose. Scrubs Party
The sixth annual Scrubs Party, hosted by Emerging Leaders for Children’s Healthcare of
Atlanta and presented by Rogers, offers cocktails, a silent auction and music to lead Atlantans onto the dance floor. This year’s fete also features a raffle with a grand prize of a Range Rover Velar donated by Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead—all to benefit the Children’s Heart Research and Outcomes. 7pm, sponsorships from $1,500, Rooftop Terrace at Ponce City Market, Old Fourth Ward

Screening: Film Love Retrospective Series
Andy Ditzler, founder and curator of moving images series Film Love, kicks off his retrospective series this month. For almost two decades, Film Love has created a relationship between visual art and film through public screenings. The Artadia Award winner has shown more than 150 programs over the past 16 years, and you won’t want to miss this one, which gives Atlantans a rare opportunity to see moving-image works from genres that span from early to present cinema. 7pm, Circle Memberships from $1,200, High Museum of Art, Midtown

Spread Amor

Join Le Meridien Atlanta for a night of chocolate, live music by DJ Zeek, mini makeovers, cocktails and lots and lots of love.
