Fantastic Fourth Celebration
At Stone Mountain Park, this year’s festivities are a multi-day affair beginning July 1st and ending on the 7th. Guests can expect attractions such as a scenic railroad tour, high-speed Swiss cable car ride and live entertainment throughout the day. Independence Day Celebration

Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race
Celebrate this Fourth of July at Atlanta’s 54th annual signature race. Starting at Lenox Square and ending in Piedmont Park, the Peachtree is the world’s largest 10k event, including all classes of runners. Though registration has closed, you can still volunteer and cheer on the runners as they sweatily ring during the holiday. 3393 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta
Fleetwood Mac: A Fleetwood Mac Tribute
If you want a different way to commemorate the holiday and prefer pushing your way to the front of a crowd, the Fleetwood Mac: A Fleetwood Mac Tribute band brings all your favorites. Not to mention, they are setting up shop in Woodstock. From “Dreams” to “Silver Spring” to “Everywhere,” their performance pays tribute to the iconic American band. 8722 Main St.
Peachtree City 4th of July Parade
Live it up by joining your fellow Atlantans in celebrating Independence Day at this year’s Peachtree City 4th of July Parade. After marching in patriotic spirit, you can enjoy spectacular fireworks illuminating the sky over Lake Peachtree. Village on the Green, Peachtree Parkway

The Fourth in the Park
No 4th of July weekend is complete without a parade, and the Marietta Let Freedom Ring Parade intends to pull out all of the stops with two thousand participants consisting of marching units from local bands, civic organizations, local businesses, beauty queens and more.
