Nate Hybl
Founder, Gusto!; former professional football player whatsyourgusto.com

As a former NFL and collegiate football player, Nate Hybl learned a lot about eating healthy and maintaining a certain weight to ensure performance. Aft er a career-ending injury, he had to reshape his focus on a new passion of his: healthy and affordable meals that redefined fast-casual food. Hybl began by working in restaurants at every level, from dishwasher to line cook to server to manager, all while crafting his first business model. Then, in 2014, Hybl established Gusto! Since then, the restaurant has been a local staple with a cult following and eight locations in the metro Atlanta area. While fried chicken is easily found on every corner in the South, grilled and healthier protein options aren’t as readily available—for Georgia, Hybl changed that by developing simple grilled bases with flavor profiles ranging from Greek to Korean barbecue. Here, the athlete-turned-nutrition guru shows us his favorite wellness products.

Jenné Claiborne
Vegan chef, health coach, cooking instructor and author sweetpotatosoul.com

Georgia peach Jenné Claiborne started her blog, Sweet Potato Soul, 10 years ago as a passion project while she was working as a private chef. Even as a child, Claiborne’s world revolved around food, cooking—and animals. A true animal lover, the chef decided early on to become vegan, believing it is wrong to exploit animals for their meat. In this process she found how greatly her health and overall happiness improved, even dissipating a clinical depression diagnosis. Thanks to culinary training, Claiborne created healthy and easy-to-make recipes to share with her following. Since then, the chef and blogger has grown her brand into a YouTube channel with nearly 500,000 subscribers and an Instagram with 384,000 followers and counting, as well as a number of cookbooks, endorsed by Chloe Coscarelli of By Chloe fame and John Mackey, co-founder and CEO of Whole Foods. Here, the vegan chef shares her favorite daily wellness products.
